MD’E Srl took the opportunity to participate  at Food best Consortium in Budapest, in March this year - an international collaboration working towards a knowledge and  innovation community (KIC) in the food  sector with a main goal  to build the best European consortium in the food  sector, which will take on the challenge  of preparing a strong proposal as a reaction to a future food KIC call. The area of major interest  was  Food & Health,  and the contents selected  for our future projects are:

Improving gastrointestinal health; Fighting  obesity; Developing healthy food products for specific sub-groups at risk; Human cardiovascular health  improvement; Healthy food; Rationality as base for new food; Developing new, beneficial microbial strains.
